Maintenance Technician Wanted – Boise

Growing company looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician for residential and commercial properties.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS

Saturday-occasional Sunday.

Pay: $20–$23hr DOE + bonuses

Part-time to start, with opportunity to grow into full-time based on performance.

Requirements:

Must be able to read, write and follow directions in ENGLISH.

• 5+ years experience in painting, drywall, carpentry, or general maintenance
• Basic plumbing knowledge
• Must be local and able to commute to multiple job sites daily
• Must have reliable transportation and own tools
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Must show up on time and be dependable

Duties include repairs, maintenance tasks, tenant service calls, and general property upkeep.
