Maintenance Technician

POSITION OBJECTIVES: To assist Condominium Services, Inc. (CSI) by completing assigned work orders, supervising contractors, inspecting the property, and liaison with board members in a timely and professional manner.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Perform the completion of all maintenance and repairs as necessary and consistent with community's policies, budget, and normal practice of the trade as per written work orders.

2. Perform all emergency work, as applicable. Assist with emergency on-call work for other client properties.

3. Perform any work necessary to comply with any governmental orders or requirements with respect to the common areas of the community.

4. Place orders for supplies and/or materials needed for prompt and proper maintenance of the common areas as authorized by Management.

5. Be familiar with applicable city and federal laws relating to community associations and building codes.

6. Receive and perform all service requests in a timely manner and within the scope of authority assigned through Management.

7. Be available by telephone or other electronic communication during business hours of Monday – Friday 8AM to 5PM. Be available for emergency communications by cell phone after hours.

8. Inspect the property as needed. Submit a written full property inspection to Management each week.

9. Perform other duties as assigned by the President or Maintenance Vice President.

REQUIREMENTS
-High School Diploma required.
-College preferred.
-Clean background check.
-Reliable transportation required.
-Basic tools
