Maintenance Technician – $28/HR

Location: Lake Forest, CA

Pay: $28/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Position: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Lake Forest. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with solid maintenance skills AND strong customer service.

Responsibilities:

• General apartment/property maintenance
• Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
• Apartment turns and repairs
• Repair/install fixtures, doors, flooring, and appliances
• Complete maintenance work orders
• Safely use hand and power tools
• Requirements:
• 1–2+ years of maintenance experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional, clean, and presentable
• Friendly and respectful when interacting with residents
• Trustworthy and comfortable entering occupied apartments
• Non-smoker
• Valid driver's license
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a background check

IMPORTANT: This is a resident-facing position. We are not looking for someone with maintenance skills alone. You must be professional, personable, and able to provide excellent customer service while representing the property.
