Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform building maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep at our apartment communities in Bakersfield.

Pay Range: $23–$25 per hour, depending on experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

Apartment maintenance experience is not required! We are looking for someone with strong hands-on repair skills who enjoys fixing things and solving problems.

The ideal candidate will have experience with some or all of the following:

Plumbing Repairs

Toilets
Sinks
Faucets
Tubs
Garbage disposals

Electrical Repairs

Light switches
Outlets
Ceiling fans

Carpentry Repairs

Doors
Drawers
Cabinets
Locks

Appliance Repairs

Dishwashers
Stoves
Refrigerators
Washers & Dryers

Schedule:

Full-Time – 40 hours per week
Monday–Friday
WEEKENDS OFF!

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License
Valid Vehicle Insurance
