Maintenance Technician

Apartment complex in Johnstown, Ohio is hiring a reliable, experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time. In the role, you will keep our property running smoothly - from handling daily work orders and apartment turns to seasonal upkeep and pool maintenance. Responsibilities:
Complete daily and routine work orders as assigned.
Prepare apartment turns, including all maintenance aspects of getting apartments ready for new tenant move ins.
Maintain cleanliness of grounds, common areas and the shop.
Perform HVAC repair (EPA certification a bonus).
Handle pool maintenance, including seasonal opening and closing.
Clear snow and ice from walkways and stairs, including salting.
Report safety concerns or maintenance issues to management.
Unload and stock delivery materials.
Keep company tools and equipment secure and well maintained.
Qualifications:
Experience in residential apartment maintenance strongly preferred.
EPA certification and HVAC skills a big plus.
Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills.
Professional and comfortable working in occupied residences.
