Maintenance Technician – Apartment Community

Are you an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Tech, Make Ready Technician, or Apartment Service Technician looking for your next opportunity?

We are hiring dependable, hands-on maintenance professionals for apartment communities. If you have at least 6 months of multifamily maintenance experience, your own basic tools, and experience completing apartment work orders and turns, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Complete apartment maintenance work orders and service requests
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
• Complete apartment turns, make-readies, and unit renovations
• Repair toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, fixtures, doors, locks, and hardware
• Perform drywall repair, painting, caulking, and general carpentry
• Assist with HVAC troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Maintain common areas and property facilities
• Respond professionally to resident maintenance requests
• Work closely with the property and maintenance teams

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of multifamily/apartment maintenance experience REQUIRED
• Must have your own basic maintenance hand tools
• Knowledge of apartment maintenance and work-order procedures
• Basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC knowledge
• Ability to complete work orders and apartment turns
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of apartment maintenance
• EPA 608 Certification is a PLUS
• HVAC certification or HVAC experience is a plus
• CPO certification is a plus
