HIRING BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Facilities Maintenance Technicians are the lifeblood of any building. They keep operations running, respond when something needs attention, and take pride in creating a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.

We are seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician with a background in commercial facilities such as:

Hospitals or medical facilities
Schools or universities
Retirement or senior-living communities
Hotels or hospitality properties
Office buildings or other commercial facilities

Your experience should include:

Interior and exterior painting
Drywall repair and patchwork
General carpentry and repair work
Minor electrical repairs
Minor plumbing repairs
Minor HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
Replacing lights, bulbs, and ballasts
Preventive maintenance and general facility upkeep

Experience working with commercial rooftop HVAC units, including RTUs , is highly preferred. All HVAC units are located on flat commercial rooftops, so applicants must be comfortable working at heights and using large extension ladders.

Some indoor areas have ceilings ranging from approximately 12 to 15 feet, making ladder work a regular part of the position.
