Maintenance Technician Commercial Properties

We are seeking a reliable and skilled part-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical systems and be proficient in speaking English.

Job duties will include changing ceiling tiles, led bulbs , light plumbing, graffiti cleanup, knowledge of HVAC and roofing systems is a plus .
