Maintenance Technician/ Contractor

The Boswell Group LLC is a real estate investment company and is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill an immediate full-time maintenance position. Contractors are welcome to apply.

Qualifications:

Experience in painting, maintenance, janitorial, or related fields
Comfortable lifting and carrying materials and equipment
Must know how to use hand tools
Experience making minor repairs
Must be punctual
Must be detail-oriented

Compensation:

Compensation is based on qualifications and experience.
