Maintenance Technician / Experienced Handyman

Location: Omaha, NE

I’m looking for a dependable, experienced maintenance technician/handyman to help maintain a portfolio of single-family rental homes in the Omaha area.

This is steady, year-round work—not just occasional jobs.

Responsibilities:

• Drywall repair and painting
• Basic plumbing repairs (toilets, faucets, disposals, water heaters)
• Minor electrical work (switches, outlets, fixtures)
• Flooring installation and repairs
• Door, lock, and window repairs
• Appliance installation and replacement
• Turnover work between tenants
• General maintenance and repairs

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of residential maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Must have your own basic tools
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Honest, dependable, and takes pride in quality workmanship

Compensation:

• Competitive pay based on experience ($30–$40+ per hour for the right candidate)
