Maintenance Technician

SPIFFY LLC is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician in Kailua-Kona!

We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and comfortable handling a variety of day-to-day maintenance and repair work at commercial properties.

This is a hands-on position for someone who knows how to get things done, can work independently, and takes pride in doing quality work.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• General building and property maintenance
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Minor electrical repairs
• Painting and touch-ups
• Drywall and basic carpentry repairs
• Doors, locks, fixtures, and hardware repairs
• Pressure washing and exterior maintenance
• Troubleshooting and repairing miscellaneous property issues
• Preventative maintenance
• Keeping work areas clean and organized
• Communicating with management regarding repairs and materials needed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Reliable and able to show up on time
• Comfortable working independently
• Good problem-solving skills
• Able to safely use basic hand and power tools
• Professional attitude around tenants, customers, and property management
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
• Must be able to perform physical maintenance work, including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working outdoors
