Maintenance Technician

Property management company in need of handymen to assist with home repairs and also landscapers to help maintain rental properties. Applicants must possess a good work ethic, positive attitude and able to work well with others or by themselves. Reliable transportation and basic hand tools for handymen work are required. Ideal candidate for the maintenance position should have experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting & drywall repairs. Both positions will start out as a part-time role and may move into full-time work for the right applicant.

Pay will be based on experience and compensation will be provided for vehicle use. Please respond to this email if interested.
