About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep a regulated manufacturing facility running safely and efficiently.

This role is a mix of facility maintenance and production equipment support, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, cleanrooms, and critical utilities.

What You’ll Do

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs
Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, doors, and building systems
Support production and manufacturing equipment
Monitor cleanrooms, purified water systems, and temperature-controlled areas
Respond to equipment and facility breakdowns and help minimize downtime
Complete work orders and maintenance documentation
Support equipment setup, changeovers, calibration, and validation activities
Coordinate with outside contractors and service vendors when needed
Follow GMP, FDA, ISO, OSHA, and site safety requirements
Help identify recurring equipment issues and improve reliability
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of facilities or industrial maintenance experience
Experience with HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, cleanroom, or other regulated environments is a plus
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
High school diploma or GED required
Technical certification or associate degree is a plus
