Maintenance Technician for Apartment Complex

FULL-TIME APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a reliable and experienced maintenance technician for our apartment complex.

Responsibilities include:

Completing and managing maintenance work orders

General apartment maintenance and repairs
Plumbing repairs — toilets, faucets, drains, leaks and garbage disposals
Electrical repairs and troubleshooting
AC and heater repair
Appliance troubleshooting and replacement
Roofing repairs
Drywall repair
Painting and touch-ups
Doors, locks, cabinets and hardware
Apartment turnovers / make-readies
Wood working
General building and property repairs
Coordinating with outside contractors when needed
Ideal candidate:

Experience in apartment maintenance, construction, handyman work or a related field
Preferable to speak Spanish
Good troubleshooting and repair skills
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working independently
Professional and courteous with residents
Able to repair air conditioners AC
Able to perform physical work moving appliances
