Position Overview

We are seeking 2 skilled, reliable, and tech-savvy Maintenance Technicians to join our Fort Lauderdale operations team. The ideal candidate is motivated, clean, organized, and comfortable using technology to manage and complete maintenance tasks across our portfolio of luxury properties. You will be joining a team of other maintenance technicians and will be required to shadow to learn then work independently.

This role requires someone who can take OWNERSHIP of their work, COMMUNICATE clearly, and ensure every property remains in pristine, guest-ready condition. MUST SPEAK and WRITE in ENGLISH. Do not apply if you are not versed in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks including monthly preventative maintenance.
• Flushing and cleaning A/C lines
• Painting and drywall touch-ups
• Unclogging toilets, drains, and sinks
• Minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance troubleshooting
• General repairs and preventative maintenance across residential properties
• Utilize task management software (preferably Breezeway) to receive, document, and complete assigned work orders.
• Communicate updates, photos, completion notes through mobile applications such as WhatsApp & Breezeway in real-time.
• Coordinate with property operations and housekeeping teams to ensure homes are guest-ready.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of residential maintenance or handyman experience (vacation rental or hospitality experience a plus).
• Tech-savvy — able to navigate apps and online tools for work order tracking and communication (Breezeway experience strongly preferred).
• Must have reliable transportation and a truck suitable for carrying tools and materials.
• Must provide own tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Availability for occasional after-hours or weekend calls when needed.
• Must be based in or near Fort Lauderdale, FL.
