Maintenance Technician — Full-Time

About Us

We are a well-established property management company that owns and manages more than 425 properties. We take pride in providing responsive service, quality workmanship, and well-maintained places for our tenants to live and work. We’re looking to add a dependable Maintenance Technician to our team.

If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and taking pride in a job well done, we’d like to hear from you. Experience in property maintenance or a related trade is a plus, but minimal experience is welcome. We’re willing to train someone who is reliable, motivated, and ready to learn.

What You’ll Do

Perform routine maintenance and repairs across our properties.

Help prepare properties for new tenants.

Assist with light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work, based on your skills and training.

Diagnose maintenance issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently, with guidance when needed.

Communicate with tenants, coworkers, and management through our property management software, email, and phone.

Participate in a shared on-call rotation for maintenance emergencies, including some nights and weekends.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; a company vehicle may be provided.

Ability to pass a background check.

Availability to work full-time and participate in the shared on-call rotation.

Pay, Schedule & Benefits

$25–$30 per hour, with higher pay considered based on experience.

Full-time schedule of 40 or more hours per week, with overtime opportunities.
