Maintenance Technician (full-time)

North Pacific Home Repair, LLC | King, Snohomish & South Pierce County, WA | Full-Time

We're hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to handle repairs and upkeep across our residential portfolio. This is steady, well-paid field work for someone who knows their way around a house and doesn't need to be micromanaged.

What You'll Be Doing

Responding to dispatched service calls across our service area
Handling plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general interior/exterior repairs
Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, not just following a checklist
Logging completed work through our mobile app
Communicating directly with residents so they know what was done and why

Why This Job

What You Bring
3-4+ years of property maintenance experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Your own small hand tools
Mechanical/electrical aptitude and the judgment to solve problems on site
Strong communication with customers and the office
Comfortable working independently and managing your own time

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces as needed.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools.
