MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – Girdwood, AK| $24-$25/HR | WEEKLY PAY

Career Strategies is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Girdwood, AK.

This is a temporary position.

What You'll Do:

Complete service requests and general maintenance repairs

Troubleshoot and perform basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
Assist with unit turns, including painting, drywall, cleaning, and minor repairs
Perform preventive maintenance
Maintain clean, safe, and well-maintained common areas

What We're Looking For:
1+ years of maintenance experience
Apartment/multifamily maintenance experience preferred
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and general repairs
EPA 608 certification preferred
Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday/8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay: $24.00-$25.00/hour, paid weekly
Start Date: ASAP
