► Maintenance Technician - Handyman ◄

Looking For: Part Time Handyman for a Busy Residential Inspection and Repair Firm (24-32 hrs/wk)

If you're the team member we're looking for, you love being in charge of your own projects, and love being part of a team!  You have strong communication, client management and handyman/carpentry skills and love being in a fast-paced environment.

You'll be... friendly, communicative, creative and organized.  You'll have high standards and be described as an excellent multi-tasker, detail-oriented and a reliable team player, yet love working independently on multiple projects.

You'll be responsible for "owning" the handyman role in our Brookfield area location:

• All handyman projects - these are generally quick turnaround
• Trouble-shooting and creative solutions
• Residential carpentry, installations and repair work

You'll need to be well-presented, trustworthy, and love helping people love their homes again! 

You'll be eager to take this opportunity to learn and grow, and be our handyman resource for clients - and have fun!

• Valid driver's license and own vehicle
• 5+ years of residential remodeling experience

• Ability to trouble-shoot and fix bathrooms, kitchens, additions, decks, loft spaces, etc.
