Maintenance Technician — Iconic KC Landmark Property (Full-Time)📍 Kansas City, MO | Full-Time | $25.00 to $28.00 ph
Take pride in your work? Put your skills to work somewhere that matters. St Bull Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Technician for one of Kansas City's most recognized retail and entertainment destinations — a property where your craftsmanship is seen by millions of visitors a year.
What you'll do:

Keep the property running at its best — preventive and corrective work on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems; minor carpentry, painting, and tile repair; daily inspections; life-safety checks; and responding to the occasional after-hours emergency. You'll log your work in the CMMS and be the friendly, professional face tenants and vendors rely on.
What you bring:

2+ years of commercial, retail, or institutional building maintenance experience
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, work at heights, and handle confined spaces
Open to rotating on-call shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)

Nice to have: EPA 608 certification, trade/vocational training, BAS/BMS experience, and a background in high-traffic retail or hospitality properties.
