We’re hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for a respected national property management company with communities throughout the Atlanta area.

This is a temp to hire opportunity designed to give you the chance to prove yourself on the job instead of sitting through multiple interviews. If you’re the right fit, you’ll have the opportunity to join the property management company permanently.

What You’ll Do

• Complete apartment turns and prepare vacant units for new residents
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and appliance repairs
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with preventive maintenance and scheduled work orders
• Help maintain the grounds, amenities, and common areas to company standards
• Work safely while keeping tools, equipment, and work areas organized
• Communicate with the maintenance supervisor regarding completed work and any additional repair needs
• Participate in an on-call rotation when required

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
• CPO certification is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic with dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing excellent service to residents
