Maintenance Technician Needed

We are seeking reliable maintenance technicians in the Providence area. Properties are residential, retail and commercial. Technicians will be expected to perform janitorial duties, landscaping as well as property maintenance.

Position Qualifications:

• 4 years of trade experience (HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry, Restoration, Plumbing) preferred but not required
• Will be required to pass background check prior to employment
• Reliable Transportation & a valid drivers license
