We are currently seeking honest and reliable
1099 contract workers for property maintenance and repair tasks.

Compensation and Terms:

• Hourly rate plus mileage reimbursement.
• Paid weekly.
• A W-9 form is required.
• Flexible schedule (weekdays and/or weekends) based on your availability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive a daily list of maintenance tickets.
• Willing and able to complete minor repairs and small tasks, including (but not limited to) changing out/installing locks, replacing toilet fill valves/seats, small drywall repair, and basic plumbing issues (clogs, faucets), troubleshoot basic residential maintenance issues.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and tools.
• Variety of handyman skills.
