Maintenance Technician Needed – HVAC Certified –

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team.This position is ideal for a dependable, hands-on professional with strong facility maintenance experience and the required certifications.
Requirements:
● HVAC Certification (Required)
● OSHA 30 Certification (Required)
● Experience using HEPA Vacuum Systems
● Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance
● Ability to diagnose and repair equipment and facility issues
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
● Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical work
Responsibilities:
● Perform routine and preventative maintenance
● Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
● Operate HEPA vacuum equipment and assist with environmental cleaning projects
● Complete maintenance work orders efficiently
● Conduct facility inspections and identify repair needs
● Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures
● Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records
● Respond to emergency maintenance requests when necessary
