Maintenance Technician / Property Maintenance

Description

Maintenance Technician / Property Maintenance

Location: Fallbrook, CA

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and improve our property in Fallbrook.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a wide variety of work. One week you may be troubleshooting electrical or plumbing issues, and the next you could be framing, installing outdoor lighting, repairing fences, building concrete forms, or completing larger property improvement projects.

The primary responsibility of this position is to diagnose and complete maintenance and repair work, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general property maintenance.

No two weeks are exactly the same. Some days will be dedicated to maintenance and repairs, while other weeks may focus on completing a larger improvement project until higher-priority maintenance needs arise.

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and can work independently without constant supervision. This is not a position where you will be micromanaged. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, manages their time well, and consistently gets the job done.
