Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour

Fat Property is looking for a skilled, "jack-of-all-trades" Maintenance Technician to handle repairs across our portfolio. Most of our properties are located within a 2-mile radius of our main office in Montrose, meaning less time stuck in Houston traffic and more time getting the job done.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Plumbing: General repairs, clearing clogs, repairing leaks, and water heater troubleshooting.

HVAC: Basic diagnostics, filter changes, and preventative maintenance (Certification preferred).

Electrical: Troubleshooting outlets, switches, light fixtures, and breakers.

General Turns: Assisting with make-ready tasks to get units rent-ready.

The Requirements:

Experience: Proven track record in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.

Transportation: Must have your own reliable vehicle (truck or van preferred) to travel between properties.

Tools: Must have your own basic set of hand and power tools.

Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to manage a daily task list independently.
