Maintenance Technician, Residential Maintenance

Looking for several Maintenance Personel that can handle most home maintenance issues. Filters, thermostats, drywall patches, painting, leaking faucets, dishwasher replacement, trouble shooting, etc. Most issues are fairly simple. Colorado Springs Area, full time. Good record keeping and tracking required. Must have own vehicle, tools, and skills to do the Jobs. We do Apartment makeready for several large rental management companies. We go into empty homes and: repair, update, clean, etc. as outlined on a scope. Proficiency in a large number of skills, on a basic level is preferred.
