# Maintenance Technician – Downtown Los Angeles

First Response Cleaning, Inc. is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Los Angeles.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general building and facility maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs
• Complete preventive maintenance and routine inspections
• Maintain a safe, clean, and functional work environment
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete assigned work in a timely manner
• Use hand and power tools safely and properly

Requirements – Must Have

• Valid driver's license
• Own maintenance tools
• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar maintenance position
• Ability to perform general maintenance and repairs
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Resume required when applying
