Requirements:

Must have previous maintenance experience
Must have driver's license (tools and vehicle optional)
Able to work independently and handle basic to intermediate maintenance tasks
Dependable, punctual, and professional

Pay:
starting $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience

General maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, flooring, carpentry)
Troubleshooting and fixing issues as they come up
Keeping properties/equipment in good working condition
