Maintenance Technician Wanted – Boise

Growing property management company looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician for residential and commercial properties.

Pay: $20–$23/hr DOE + bonuses

Part-time to start, with opportunity to grow into full-time based on performance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in painting, drywall, carpentry, or general maintenance
• Basic plumbing knowledge
• Must be local and able to commute to multiple job sites daily
• Must have reliable transportation and own tools
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Must show up on time and be dependable
• Must pass background check and sign NDA
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Duties include repairs, maintenance tasks, tenant service calls, and general property upkeep.
