Maintenance technician wanted

Basic Skills / Qualifications

General building and property maintenance

Basic plumbing — faucets, toilets, drains, valves, minor leaks ( if ever needed, this job os for exterior only.

Basic electrical — switches, outlets, breakers, light fixtures
Carpentry — doors, locks, trim, cabinets, drywall repairs

Basic painting and patching

Basic concrete and masonry repairs
Basic HVAC knowledge and filter replacement

Pool/spa maintenance knowledge is a plus

Basic landscaping and irrigation repairs
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Ability to troubleshoot maintenance problems

Preventive maintenance and routine inspections

Ability to respond to maintenance emergencies
Comfortable working on ladders and in elevated areas

Ability to read basic work orders and maintenance instructions
Good communication and customer-service skills with owners/residents
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple work orders
Maintain clean and safe work areas
Follow OSHA/safety procedures and condominium rules
Preferred Experience
1–3 years of general maintenance, apartment, hotel, resort, condominium, or commercial-building maintenance experience.

Good hiring standard: we don't necessarily need someone who is an expert in every trade. Looking for someone who can diagnose problems, perform basic repairs safely, and know when a licensed contractor is required.
