MAINTENANCES TECHNICIAN – Apartment Community (Memphis, TN)

Multifamily property management company, is hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for one of our apartment communities in the Memphis area.

What You'll Do:

Handle work orders for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general maintenance
Perform apartment make-readies/turns for new move-ins
Respond to on-call/after-hours emergency requests (rotating schedule)
Maintain curb appeal and common areas
Follow safety procedures and property maintenance standards
2+ years of apartment/multifamily maintenance experience preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
Strong customer service attitude
