**Maintenance Technician Wanted**

We are seeking an experienced, reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, self-directed, and able to complete work orders quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

**Responsibilities:**

• Complete resident maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Perform unit turns and make-ready work between residents
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections
• Respond to on-call/emergency maintenance issues as needed

**Required Skills:**

• Drywall repair and painting
• Basic plumbing (leaks, fixtures, clogs, water heaters)
• Basic electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures)
• HVAC troubleshooting and basic repair

**Qualifications:**

• Prior apartment/multifamily maintenance experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Valid driver's license (if applicable)
• HVAC/EPA certification a plus
