Pay Range: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Position Summary
Trinity Management is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team at Countryside Apartments, a 118-unit residential community. This position plays a key role in maintaining the property, ensuring resident satisfaction, and preserving the overall condition and safety of the community.
The Maintenance Technician will work alongside the Maintenance Superintendent and be responsible for completing service requests, performing preventative maintenance, preparing apartments for occupancy, and assisting with emergency maintenance needs. This role participates in a bi-weekly on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.

Key Responsibilities
Complete routine maintenance and repair work involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and appliances
Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including inspections, repairs, and turnover activities
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure building systems and equipment operate efficiently
Assist with maintaining common areas, grounds, and building exteriors
Respond to emergency maintenance issues, including participation in an after-hours on-call rotation
Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are needed
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and local building codes
Maintain accurate records of completed work orders, repairs, and materials used
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with residents and team members
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in residential, multifamily, or property management environments preferred
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
EPA Certification and HVAC experience preferred but not required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
