Maintenance Techs Needed for New Facility in Everett

Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced Adjuster / Maintenance Technician for a new manufacturing facility in Everett, WA.

If you have strong mechanical aptitude, enjoy troubleshooting equipment, and want a hands-on role that combines machine operation, setup, adjustments, and maintenance, we want to hear from you.

Pay: $28-$32 per hour DOE

This facility operates 24/7 and currently offers:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Swing Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Graveyard Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Employees are assigned to a specific shift and serve as a key machine support resource for their production team.

What You'll Do

• Set up, adjust, and operate production equipment
• Perform machine changeovers and prepare equipment for production runs
• Monitor production output and product quality
• Adjust equipment to maintain quality standards and specifications
• Troubleshoot machine issues and production interruptions
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs
• Assist in reducing downtime through preventive maintenance efforts
• Read and follow production orders and specifications
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating, setting up, adjusting, or maintaining manufacturing equipment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, printing, converting, or production environments preferred
• Ability to identify and resolve machine issues independently
• Comfortable performing both production and maintenance duties
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Preventive maintenance programs
