MAINTENANCE TECHS NEEDED – SF & OAKLAND
$21–$30/HR DOE

First Response is hiring experienced maintenance technicians for ongoing work at apartment buildings throughout San Francisco and Oakland.

We have a high volume of work and are looking for reliable, skilled people who can work independently and get the job done.

PAY: $21–$30/HR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

Must have experience with several of the following:

• Painting
• Drywall/patching
• Plumbing
• Basic electrical
• Apartment unit turns
• General building maintenance
• Windows/screens
• Locks, doors & hardware
• Fixture replacement
• Caulking
• Minor carpentry
• Troubleshooting and repairs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have your own basic tools
• Must have maintenance/construction experience
• Must be reliable and show up on time
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be comfortable working in occupied apartment buildings
• Professional appearance required
• No facial tattoos
• Must be able to work throughout San Francisco and Oakland

Position will initially start as an independent contractor, with the opportunity to transition to an employee position after the probationary/evaluation period.

We have consistent work available. We are not looking for someone who only wants occasional side jobs.
