Maintenance Worker

We are looking for a skilled maintenance worker to perform the necessary repairs to keep residential apartments and houses in good rental condition, as well as:

• Keep the exterior and interior of buildings clean and safe
• Complete minor repairs to sinks, toilets, electrical outlets/switches, etc.

-Scrape, sand, and paint walls and ceilings.
-Install ceramic tile and/or floating floors.
-Be able to keep up on fire inspections (missing light bulbs, emergency lights, fire extinguishers, and/or tags)
-Report unsafe conditions to management.

Should have experience in carpetry, minor electrical, plumbing, and heating repairs.
