Description
Seeking experienced skilled maintenance/General Contractor with ability to do carpentry, kitchens, bathrooms, tile, drywall, plumbing, electrical and experience with repairs for heaters (boilers and hot air) a plus but not necessary for full time maintenance and rehab. Tools and vehicle that can hold materials required. We will not consider any applicants without a resume.
