MAINTENANCE LEAD – HALEIWA

SPIFFY LLC is looking for a solid, dependable full-time Maintenance Lead in Haleiwa.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a hands-on maintenance position. Daily work may include:

• General property maintenance and repairs
• Basic plumbing and minor repairs
• Painting and touch-up work
• Light carpentry and handyman-type work
• Pressure washing and exterior maintenance
• Inspecting the property and identifying items needing attention
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
• Responding to maintenance requests as they come up
• Helping keep the property clean, safe, and looking good
• Coordinating with janitorial staff when needed
• Communicating with management regarding repairs or larger issues

You don't need to know how to do everything. We're looking for someone mechanically inclined, dependable, willing to learn, and capable of figuring things out.

What We're Looking For

• Maintenance, handyman, construction, landscaping, or similar experience preferred
• Reliable and shows up on time
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Able to work independently
• Good attitude and communication
• Takes pride in their work
• Able to safely lift and move materials/equipment
• Valid driver's license preferred
