Make-Ready Crew Needed for Multifamily Property
Looking for a reliable and experienced make-ready crew for ongoing apartment turnover work.
Scope includes:
Interior painting and touch-ups
Flooring installation and repairs
Light plumbing repairs and fixture replacement
Light electrical repairs, including switches, outlets, light fixtures, etc.
Drywall patching and minor wall repairs
General punch-list and make-ready repairs
Must have your own tools, transportation, and experience with apartment turnovers.
No need to be a licensed GC, but licensed trades must be used where required.
