Make Ready Needed

Property management company seeking a reliable Make-Ready Technician to turn vacant apartments for new move-ins.

Patching drywall, mudding, and interior painting

Light plumbing & electrical (changing light fixtures, ceiling fans, outlets, faucets, garbage disposals)

Basic punch-out repairs (hardware, cabinet doors, blinds, door locks)

Prepping units to be 100% move-in ready - Housekeeping will clean as the final step.

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation (truck or van preferred)

Must have basic hand/power tools

Prior apartment turnover/make-ready experience preferred

Reliable, punctual, and good attention to detail

Bilingual (English/Spanish) or Spanish-speaker is a major plus!
