Student Turn Season is HERE! The Liberty Group is hiring Make Ready Technicians to help prepare apartment homes for incoming students at communities throughout San Antonio, TX.

If you have apartment maintenance or make-ready experience and enjoy staying busy, this is a great opportunity to earn consistent hours during one of the busiest times of the year!

Responsibilities:

Complete apartment make-readies
Paint and touch up walls
Replace light fixtures, blinds, and hardware
Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
Appliance installation and basic repairs
Drywall patching and repairs
General cleaning and punch-out items
Ensure apartments are move-in ready on schedule

Qualifications:

Previous apartment make-ready or maintenance experience preferred
Ability to use basic hand and power tools
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

Full-time
Monday–Friday
Overtime and weekends may be available during student turns
