Description
Established Snowplow company of 40+ years looking for experienced manager/foreman to oversee:
Pre-season:
Preparation of mixed fleet of equipment
Training of personnel
Staffing of job sites
In Season:
Participation in event
Oversee fleet repairs
Oversee fleet availability
MUST be fully available during the winter season, responsible, and able to oversee equipment and fleet availability for every storm. Undertaking of maintenance is a must. The ability to repair is a plus.
Pay is hourly plus commission.
