Manufacturing Assistant Supervisors

We are seeking dedicated Manufacturing Assistant Supervisors for the night shift. This role involves overseeing daily manufacturing operations, supporting team members, and ensuring that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for quality control. As a vital link between the production floor and management, the Manufacturing Assistant Supervisor will help maintain high standards of safety, productivity, and product quality to support our company's growth and operational excellence.

Duties

Assist the supervisor in coordinating daily manufacturing activities to meet production targets and deadlines
Supervise and support manufacturing team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
Monitor adherence to safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the production area
Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to uphold product standards
Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed
Support inventory management by tracking raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstocking
Document operational procedures, incidents, and production data accurately for reporting purposes
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team feedback and suggesting process enhancements
Requirements

Proven experience in manufacturing or production environments, with prior supervisory or leadership responsibilities preferred
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality assurance practices
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and management clearly
Ability to identify operational issues promptly and implement practical solutions
Basic proficiency with manufacturing software systems or data entry tools is advantageous
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and fostering teamwork among staff
Must be able to work full schedule 6 days a week 5:45 AM TO 6:00 AM.
