Spa de Soleil, Inc., a cosmetic, personal care, and OTC product manufacturer, is looking for an experienced, dependable Maintenance Mechanic / Handyman to help keep our manufacturing facility and equipment running safely and efficiently.
We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver who is comfortable troubleshooting machinery, making repairs, performing preventative maintenance, and taking care of general facility needs.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing and production equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance to help reduce equipment downtime
- Diagnose mechanical problems and make necessary repairs
- Maintain pumps, motors, mixers, tanks, filling equipment, conveyors, and other production machinery
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general facility repairs
- Replace worn or damaged equipment parts as needed
- Assist with equipment installation, setup, adjustments, and changeovers
- Maintain doors, fixtures, shelving, workstations, and other facility equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests from Production, Warehouse, Quality, and other departments
- Keep maintenance tools, parts, and work areas clean and organized
- Document repairs and preventative maintenance when required
- Follow all company GMP, safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
- Help identify potential equipment or facility problems before they cause downtime
- Coordinate with outside contractors or service technicians when necessary
- Previous maintenance or mechanic experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial facility
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of motors, pumps, bearings, belts, gears, valves, and similar mechanical components
- Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Ability to identify problems and determine practical solutions
- Able to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance needs
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and safety-conscious
- Experience maintaining cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, personal care, or packaging equipment
- Experience with mixing tanks, homogenizers, filling machines, capping machines, labelers, conveyors, pumps, compressors, or similar production equipment
- Welding or fabrication experience
- HVAC knowledge
- Forklift or pallet-jack experience
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
- Bilingual English/Spanish
This is an active, hands-on position. Candidates must be able to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Safely lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Bend, kneel, reach, climb ladders or steps, and work around industrial equipment
- Safely use hand and power tools
- Work in manufacturing and warehouse environments
- Wear required PPE and follow all facility safety procedures
