Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

🚀 Staffing Recruiter – Manufacturing & Semiconductor Industry.
$30–$35/hour

We're looking for an experienced, energetic recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with candidates and clients.

What You'll Do

Manage 8–15+ open job orders in a high-volume staffing environment.
Recruit for manufacturing, warehouse, skilled trades, office, and semiconductor positions.
Source candidates using Indeed, Craigslist, LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and networking.
Conduct phone screens and interviews.
Submit qualified candidates quickly while maintaining quality.
Coordinate onboarding, background checks, drug screens, and new hire paperwork.
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain accurate candidate information in our ATS/CRM.
Qualifications

✅ 2–4 years of recruiting or staffing experience

✅ Experience recruiting for one or more of the following:

Manufacturing

Semiconductor
Medical Device
Warehouse & Logistics
Skilled Trades
Industrial Staffing

✅ Experience managing high-volume recruiting and multiple requisitions.

✅ Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.

Experience with Bullhorn, Avionté, AviontéBOLD, or similar staffing software is highly preferred.

✅ Strong computer skills are required, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new software.

✅ Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

✅ Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
