Marine Diesel Mechanic/Technician

Responsibilities:

• perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on marine diesel engines, generators and other vessel systems
• troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical problems across various components of the vessel
• maintain accurate service records and communicate findings and recommendations
• ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• proven experience as a marine diesel mechanic
• strong understanding of vessel electrical and mechanical systems
• ability to diagnose and repair complex engine and other vessel system issues
• reliability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic are essential
• must be able to lift 100 lbs
• must have own tools and driver's license
• background check required
