Seeking a licensed Master Electrician or 01 Journey Level Electrician for a flexible, part-time role overseeing a multi-unit apartment building construction project. This is a shovel-ready project that will be breaking ground soon, making it an ideal time to get involved from the foundation up. This is an exceptional opportunity for a newly certified, veteran, retired, or currently working electrician who wants to utilize their credentials and expertise on a steady part-time basis. The core focus of this position is to provide required job site oversight, leadership, and code compliance validation while working alongside our team. Primary ResponsibilitiesApprentice Supervision: Oversee and guide apprentices performing routine electrical rough-ins and related installation work.Code & Safety Compliance: Ensure all rough-in work strictly adheres to Washington State electrical codes and project specifications. Progress Oversight: Review installations to maintain project momentum and quality control. Qualifications & Requirements Licensing: Must possess a valid, current Washington State Master Electrician or 01 Journey Level Certification. Supervision Capability: Fully qualified and legally able to sign off on and supervise electrical apprentice hours in the state of Washington. Project Familiarity: Experience or comfort navigating commercial or multi-family residential (multiple-unit apartment) ground-up builds.
