LOCATION: North San Diego County

COMPENSATION: Top-Tier Hourly / Flat Rate + Bonus Incentives (Commensurate with certifications & experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform advanced diagnostic testing, electrical troubleshooting, and complex mechanical repairs across Asian, Domestic, classic, and 4WD vehicles.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and clearly communicate recommendations to service advisors.

• Maintain high standards of quality control and ensure work is done right the first time.
• Mentor lower-level technicians and assist in maintaining efficient shop operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Experience: 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience (Master-level expertise preferred).
• Certifications: Active ASE Certifications (ASE Master Tech preferred, or equivalent experience/certifications).

• Tools: Complete personal set of professional-grade tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in scan tools, lab scopes, wiring diagrams, and modern vehicle electronics.

* Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to pass standard background check.
