What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician - the ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years work experience in an automotive or light-duty diesel repair shop (associates degree in automotive technology/trade school diploma helpful and taken into consideration.)
• Diagnose and repair domestic and foreign vehicles and light-duty diesel trucks - Most vehicle makes and models (not all).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills - Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electronic issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Work efficiently to meet productivity goals without sacrificing quality.
• Commitment to quality workmanship - High level of personal integrity
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic - We have worked hard to create and preserve our culture.
• Strong References - Relevant work experience in an automotive shop repair setting.
• Own basic tools
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
